19th Century French Gothic Cupboard Spices etc!
A wonderful 19th Century French Gothic walnut cupboard, probably for spices, with wrought iron hinges, tracery and lock. The detail to the ironwork is lovely, the key is ornate with pierced quatrefoil decoration, and base crenellation and cornice are also very well detailed. The internal shelves are pine. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, there is a repair to the back arch of the crenellation on the right hand side and the cornice has a corner piece sympathetically replaced top left. But overall it looks great and is certainly a statement piece! Please ask for further photographs if required.
