Amy Sandheim Arts and Crafts Cabochon Necklace
A good Arts and Crafts semi-precious stone necklace, made from silver, jade, chrysoprase and stained chalcedony, made by Amy Sandheim, circa 1925-35. Amy Sandheim was a British Arts and Crafts jeweller and silversmith, and a contemporary of Sibyl Dunlop and Dorrie Nossiter. It is unmarked but tested as silver and weighs 22.3 grams. The chain is formed of individual pierced sections with a T fastener and measures 18" long. The pendant section measures 58mm high by 49mm width.
