Art Nouveau Brass Coal or Log Bin
A great Art Nouveau brass coal or log bin, dating to circa 1910, and probably English in origin. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, albeit with some shallow dents to the finial, it has been polished as it had become badly discoloured and does look stunning. I particularly like the entwined heart motif to both sides. The interior is in good condition so it could also be used for magazines, storage etc. I did have one client who purchased one to store their dry dog food! It measures 50cm high, including the lid, with a diameter of 30cm and extends to 36cm across the handles. The price includes UK postage.
