Art Nouveau Miniature Jewellery Casket c1910
A very pretty Art Nouveau miniature jewellery casket or box, dating to circa 1910. Made of heavy silver plate on brass (at first I thought it was silver) It is decorated with climbing roses and strap work and the interior has its original velvet. A wonderful gift in itself, or an extravagant box for something more special inside! Offered in good condition overall, commensurate with age, it measures 4.2cm high, 7.8cm wide and 4.6cm deep.
