Art Nouveau Silver Enamel Brooch circa 1910
A wonderful vibrant enamelled brooch or pin, dating to circa 1910. Stamped Sterling Silver to the reverse it is very similar in design to others I have had that were hallmarked for James Fenton of Birmingham, with its bubble ground and colour palette. It was common for items being exported not to be fully assayed and costs were reduced. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, it measures 29mm by 18mm and weighs 3.1gms.
