Art Nouveau Silver Enamel MOP Brooch c1910
A stunning Art Nouveau silver brooch, enamelled in vibrant tones with central suspension set with mother of pearl and enamelled dropper at the base. Dating to circa 1910 it is unmarked, as was common with this type of brooch, as it was counter enamelled to the reverse and any hallmarks were unlikely to be seen. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, it measures 36mm wide, 26cm deep plus the dropper making 40mm overall and weighs 4.8gms.
