Art Nouveau Silver Enamel Scarab Brooch c1910
A great Art Nouveau silver, enamel and blister pearl Egyptian Revival scarab brooch or pin, dating to circa 1910-20. The wings are enamelled in tones of vivid blue and green on a bubble ground, with the body set with blister pearls. Offered in pretty good condition, commensurate with age, there is slight discolouration to the enamel close to the central body and the catch ( not the pin) to the back is a replacement, but neither is noticeable. It measures 37mm wide by 15mm high and weighs 2.9g. It will be sent in a custom Levels Antiques jewellery box.
