Arts & Crafts 9ct Gold Turquoise & Pearl Earrings
A pair of English period original Arts & Crafts Murrle Bennett 9ct gold drop earrings. They are made from 9ct gold with a freshwater pearl in a cage of gold wire with dots of gold on and then a turquoise stone with gold chain spacers. They are attributed to Murrle Bennett by his distinctive artistic style of the wire work surrounding the pearls. Please note that these earrings have been converted from screw fittings to pierced earrings for convenience of wearing. The earrings measure 41mm drop and 53mm in length including the gold earring loop. The pair weigh 7.1g. The earrings are in good condition commensurate with age and will be sent in a custom made Levels Antiques presentation box.
