Arts & Crafts Benham & Froud Gothic Candelabra
A good Arts & Crafts Gothic wrought iron twin branch candelabra, dating to circa 1880, and most probably manufactured by Benham and Froud. Whilst it is unmarked I have owned fire dogs with the same scrolled design to the legs and similar screws that were Benham. It's a great design and well-made. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, there are pierced holes to the sconces for conversion to electric light but these aren't noticeable in use. It measures 35.5cm tall and 32cm wide.
