Arts & Crafts Carved Oak Mirror Sea Creatures
A lovely Arts & Crafts oak wall mirror, dating to circa 1910, the frame carved with a procession of sea creatures or sea monsters. English in manufacture and possibly Keswick or Cornish. A good size at 67.5cm high by 84.5cm wide, the replacement bevel glass mirror plate measures 47.5cm by 65cm. It is in pretty good condition, with crisp carving and a good colour. There are some infilled holes to the side edges and a replacement back board but neither is visible when hung. I have also (as usual!) re strung with replacement cord for security. It is quite a large mirror so will need courier delivery. Likely £60.00 in England and Wales and £72.00 in lower Scotland. Please contact me for an accurate delivery cost.
