Arts & Crafts Leather Medieval Revival Casket
An interesting Arts & crafts Medieval or Celtic Revival Casket, decorated in gilt tooled leather on an Oak Frame. It appears to be an exhibition / diploma piece as it has the remains of a label on the base for one "Margaret", surname unknown. (Gilmour????) The subject matter is of Playing cards but the figures are more Celtic in origin.
