A neat and practical Arts & Crafts folding adjustable oak book stand or reading stand, dating to circa 1920. Equally suitable in this digital age to support a tablet or iPad! Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, with great figuring and colour, it measures 30.5cm wide and 23cm high. The folding book rest does appear to have been moved at some time and the existing holes infilled but this has been well done and you would not see them if a book was being used.
