A lovely practical oak book stand, dating to circa 1900-1910, with hinged strut and tw0 wavy stretchers. Ideal for the recipe books in the kitchen or for displaying your favourite volume, for reading from at a table or, indeed, for one's iPad! It's quite a rare thing to find. Offered in pretty good condition, commensurate with age, with one chip top left as photographed, it measures 38cm wide, 24cm deep and a maximum of 17cm tall. The price includes UK postage.
