Arts & Crafts Oak Student Bureau Marquetry Panel
A lovely Arts & Crafts oak students bureau bookcase, dating to circa 1910, with inset marquetry panel of a Dutch lady. With detailed superstructure, fitted interior, original key and two useful bookshelves it is a very practical and pretty piece. Offered in pretty good condition, commensurate with age, with good colour. I have replaced the back board and treated it as there were signs of (very old) woodworm, but it probably occurred more than 70 years ago and long gone. It measures 147cm tall, 82.5cm max wide (56cm at base) and 35cm max deep at the foot. The price includes delivery within 30 miles of Taunton. Please contact me if further afield.
