Arts & Crafts Oak Students Bureau c1910
A great Arts and Crafts oak student bureau, probably made by Harris Lebus, and dating to circa 1910. A slim and practical piece, constructed of well grained timbers, the fall front locks with a key and encloses a well fitted interior of cubby holes and shelves. It is offered in good re polished condition, commensurate with age, with some shrinkage of the back boards and a small shelf support lacking to the interior on the left. It measures 64.5cm wide, 119cm high and 24cm deep, 31.5cm max depth at the foot.
