A lovely Arts & Crafts square oak occasional table, dating to circa 1910, the top inset with green and brown tiles. Possible a piece by Shapland & Petter, it is well-made and eminently practical, being ideal for plants, as a bedside table or just for resting a glass by one's seat. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, there is a crack to one tile and a little surface wear but not noticeable in use. It measures 69cm tall, with the top 40.5cm square.
