Arts & Crafts Oak Tile Top Occasional Table
A great Arts and Crafts oak occasional table, dating to circa 1900, with a green tile inset top. Useful both in a conservatory and as an occasional table where you can put a mug or plant down without fear of staining the top! The lovely pierced gallery is centred to each side by a spade, and the table stands on tapered supports with square pad feet. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, there are some old inactive woodworm holes in the pine frame for the tiles beneath the top. These have been treated as a precaution and the table has been polished and where necessary the joints have been reglued so it iremains solid and stable. Overall it measures 74.5cm high with the top 51cm by 50.5cm.
