Arts & Crafts Scottish Brass Mirror Dragons c1910
A stunning Scottish Arts & Crafts oval brass mirror, decorated with 4 Celtic dragons. Dating to circa 1910 it is a good size at 84cm by 52cm, with the mirror plate 57.5cm by 41cm. It is offered in good condition, commensurate with age, with crisp decoration and only minor markings to the original bevel glass mirror plate. It is currently strung to hang landscape but I will add another fitting so it can hang portrait as well. The brass has been polished which has made it a little difficult to photograph with reflections from the lighting but it looks wonderful when hung on the wall.
