Arts & Crafts Silver Enamel & MOP Pendant c.1900
A fantastic Arts and Crafts pendant, richly enamelled in tones of blue and green, with the mother of pearl framed within gilded borders. Thickly counter enamelled to the reverse it is unmarked but of high quality and visually stunning. Dating to around 1900 -1910 it is a Guild quality piece. The body measures 38mm by 38mm, and 70mm high including the bale. It weighs 13.6 grams including the 46cm (18") replacement chain. Condition is good overall, albeit with some minor chipping to the outer edge of the enamel, but this looks to have been in the firing rather than any deliberate damage. The pendant will be sent in a custom Levels Antiques box, and the price includes Special Delivery postage within the UK.
