Arts & Crafts Wrought Iron Dinner Gong
A great Arts & Crafts dinner gong, the wrought iron frame of scrolled form, dating to circa 1900. A well made and substantial piece (and heavy!), the bronze gong has a satisfying deep tone that will summon all to luncheon from the depths of the house or garden! Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, the striker is a replacement and I have replaced the gong suspension with leather. It measures 104cm high, 36cm deep at the foot and 60cm wide, with the gong 39cm diameter. The price includes delivery within 30 miles of Taunton.
