Arts and Crafts Oak Bookcase c1910
An attractive Arts & Crafts oak bookcase with pierced lyre design to the back rail. A strong and solid piece, with shaping to the tops of the end supports, it has three graduated shelves each measuring 55.5cm (22"0 wide and 20.5cm (8"), 23.5cm (9 1/4") and 26cm (10 1/4") high. Offered in fair condition, commensurate with age, it has a replacement back and an old repair to the top shelf (pictured). It measures 106cm (41 3/4") high and 61cm (24") wide.
