Arts and Crafts Silver Enamel Pearl Pendant c.1910

Arts and Crafts Silver Enamel Pearl Pendant c.1910
A good heavy Arts and Crafts silver pendant, dating to circa 1900-1910, decorated with vibrant enamel in shades of blue, brown and green around a large mother of pearl centrepiece. Stamped ~Sterling Silver~ to the reverse, and with its original chain. It is an Artisan made piece, rather than a mass produced factory example, and all the better for it! There are stylistic similarities to some of Jessie M Kings designs but no makers mark. It measures 38mm by 27mm, plus the suspension, and the silver chain is 40cm in length, with a barrel connector. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, it weighs 10.3 grams (.330 ozt). The price includes UK special delivery. It will be sent in a custom Levels Antiques box.
