Arts Crafts Bham School Silver Enamel Pearl Brooch

Arts Crafts Bham School Silver Enamel Pearl Brooch
A good Arts & Crafts silver, enamel and blister pearl brooch, dating to circa 1910, attributed to the Birmingham School. It is unmarked but stylistically similar to pendants attributed to John Baker Bennett of Murrle Bennett & Co. This is a larger than usual brooch of this style and a striking and vivid design, with its blue green enamel over the variegated bubble ground. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, it measures 40mm high inc dropper by 44mm wide and weighs 7.6g. It will be posted in a custom Levels Antiques jewellery box.
