Arts Crafts Glasgow Rose Copper ChamberStick, 1900
A lovely little Glasgow School Arts & Crafts copper chamber stick, dating to circa 1900, decorated with Glasgow Roses to the corners of the base. Unmarked, it is certainly Scottish in manufacture and has a lovely patina. Condition overall is reasonable and it displays very well but there is some internal damage to the sconce. There are two areas of solder where two copper joints and their rivets are missing and the sconce slightly flexes.This repair appears to have happened a long time ago. it measures 17cm square across the base and 9.5cm high.
