Arts Crafts Liberty Oak Sedley Bookcase, c 1905
A Liberty and Co Sedley 3 tier oak bookcase, as illustrated in Liberty Furniture. A strong and practical piece with solid shelves and book stops to each shelf it displays well with the pierced trefoils and exposed pegged joints. Offered in good condition it has been stripped and refinished and is now set for another 100 years of use. It measures 93.5cm max high, 60cm wide and 19.5cm deep, with the two lower shelves 27cm high.
