Arts Crafts Oval Silvered Brass Wall Mirror c1920
A lovely Arts and Crafts silvered or chromed brass wall mirror, with original bevel glass, dating to circa 1920 to 1930. It really would be a statement piece within a room setting. Although described as Arts and Crafts, with its applied domed bosses and beaded border, it also has Art Deco influences in the fairly sparing use of detail and its silver or chromed finish. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, it measures 71.5cm by 48cm, with the mirror plate 60cm by 37cm. I have restrung it and it can be hung as landscape or portrait.
