Cambray Arts and Crafts Enamel and Silver Plated Box
A wonderful Arts and Crafts Cambray Ware silver plated on copper box, dating to circa 1910. The planished lid is centred by a blue / green enamel rondel, the corners with strap work supports above out turned feet, lined with cedar wood and stamped to the base "Cambray" Ware Trade Mark. This trade mark was used by Best and Lloyd, Cambray Works, Handsworth, Birmingham B21. The top measures 12.5cm square and the box is 6cm high. The condition is good, commensurate with age.
