Charles & Gladys Mumford Arts & Crafts Necklace
A great late Arts & Crafts silver necklace, dating to circa 1960, and made by Charles and Gladys Mumford at their studio in Falmouth, Cornwall. Whilst unmarked, as most of their pieces were, it is unmistakeable with its intricate planished loop and leaf design, and comprises of 12 linked sections with a simple but secure loop fastener. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, it measures 44cm long, with each link approximately 35mm by 14mm, and weighs 23.3 grams. It will be sent in a custom Levels Antiques jewellery box.
