Chr. Dresser Candle Stick Benham & Froud
An Arts & Crafts copper and brass candlestick, the design traditionally attributed to Dr Christopher Dresser for Benham & Froud of London, and dating to circa 1890. This is the larger size, at 21cm high, and has a good dark patina. A great design and much preferable, I feel, with the smooth domed base rather than the ribbed version.
