A pair of Cotswold School wrought steel fire irons in the style of Ernest Gimson, comprising shovel and poker and dating to circa 1930. A lovely design and well made. Offered in pretty good condition, commensurate with age, there are a few knocks and dents which are to be expected in items that were used! They measure 72.5cm long, approximately.
