German Jugendstil Arts and Crafts Silver Amethyst Necklace
A German Arts and Crafts silver and amethyst necklace, dating to circa 1900-1920. The body is decorated with flower heads around the central facetted stone, with a cabochon bead dropper and 6 further amethyst beads to the chain. The reverse is stamped .800 and an indistinct makers mark. The body measures 34mm ( 57mm with the dropper) by 23mm and the chain is 22" long. It weighs 13.1 grams.
