Glasgow Style Arts & Crafts Brass Mirror Peacock
A stunning Glasgow style brass mirror, dating to circa 1900-10, decorated with a peacock. Very much in the style of Margaret Gilmour it's a lovely piece. Offered in good condition , commensurate with age, with minor wear. There is still some build-up of old brasso residue to the peacock that, if gently removed, would give even more detail and the original bevel glass mirror plate has very slight spotting and some ghosting but overall it displays very well. It measures 67cm tall and 45.5cm wide, with the mirror plate 43.5cm by 36cm. Delivery is included within 30 miles of Taunton, please contact me if elsewhere.
