Goberg German Arts Crafts Steel Brass Candlestick
A German Arts & Crafts steel and brass candlestick, probably manufactured by Hugo Berger in Schmalkalden, and dating to circa 1910. Whilst unmarked it is very much in his style and thus attributed to him. His company specialised in items in the medieval revival style. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, there is a small darker patch on the base in one section but overall it has a strong look and has a good patina. It measures 22cm high and 13.5cm diameter at the base. The price includes UK postage. Please contact me if further afield.
