Good Arts & Crafts Oak Adjustable Bookcase Heart
A good Arts & Crafts adjustable oak bookcase, dating to circa 1900-1910, with pegged adjustable shelves and a pierced heart to the cresting rail. A great design, the two central shelves are infinitely adjustable as they slide up and down, being set in place with pegs. A very decent size and a good design it is offered in pretty good condition, commensurate with age, with decent colour. There is an old repaired break to the back edge of the left hand top sledge form capping and a split to one of the pegs back right, neither noticeable. It measures 119cm tall, 102cm wide and 26.5cm max deep. The three shelves are any mixture of 27cm, 29cm and 24cm and are 90cm wide internally . The price includes delivery within 30 miles of Taunton.
