A wonderful Gothic Revival oak open armchair, dating to circa 1890-1900, with carved pierced back and thick leather seat. Extremely comfortable and a striking design it is a lovely chair. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, with great colour to the oak and the leather seat. There is an old split to the seat which has been expertly repaired and then infilled which doesn't affect use. It measures 107cm tall, 63cm wide and approx 50cm deep. The internal seat width is 47cm.
