Harold Holmes Hugh Wallis Arts Crafts Candlesticks
A lovely pair of Arts and Crafts brass candlesticks, made by Harold Holmes, Hugh Wallis's apprentice, around 1940. Signed tHarold Holmes to the base they are well made with good detail and, save for the signature to the base, could easily have been made by Hugh Wallis. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, with only minor markings, they measure 25.5cm high and 13.5cm diameter at the base. The price includes UK mainland postage.
