J & F Pool Cornish Arts & Crafts Copper Mirror
A J & F Pool of Hayle, Cornwall, Arts & Crafts copper mirror, dating to circa 1910-20, decorated with fish and flower heads on a typical hammered ground. Unmarked, but a known design, it had two labels for an ironmongers shop in St Ives to the reverse. Offered in pretty good condition, commensurate with age, the front is in good condition, albeit with some light markings that would easily polish off. There is some damage to the side in the bottom left corner as photographed but this isn't noticeable from the front and some minor spotting to the original bevel mirror plate. It measures 40cm tall and 34cm wide, with the mirror plate 24.5cm by 18cm. The price includes UK postage.
