Describing the illustrations for this work Colin White author of A Guide to the Printed Work of Jessie M. King wrote "Jessie's hitherto Art Nouveau style was undergoing a metamorphosis into the strident new Art Deco".
The individual images are framed and glazed and presented in good condition overall, commensurate with their age. This has slight spotting but not particularly visible. Each image measures 14cm (5 ½inches) high by 11cm (4 3/8inches) wide, with the frames 28cm (11inches) by 24cm (9 ½inches) wide.
