Describing the illustrations for this work Colin White author of A Guide to the Printed Work of Jessie M. King wrote "Jessie's hitherto Art Nouveau style was undergoing a metamorphosis into the strident new Art Deco".
The individual images are framed and glazed and presented in good condition overall, commensurate with their age. Each image measures 14cm (5½inches) high by 11cm (4 3/8inches) wide, with the frames 28cm (11inches) by 24cm (9½inches) wide.
