John Pearson Arts & Crafts Copper Box c1900
A great Arts and Crafts copper box, made by the renowned metal worker John Pearson and dating to circa 1900. Signed with his initials JP to the reverse it is decorated with two small dragons or sea creatures to the lid, and is mounted on a heavy oak frame. In reasonable condition, commensurate with age, it has been polished in the past but the detail is still there. There are slits in the two dragons but they are original. It measures 17cm wide, 11.5cm deep and 6.5cm high. The price includes UK mainland postage.
