Late 19th C Grand Tour Bronze Venus de Milo
A lovely Grand Tour bronze of the Venus de Milo, dating to circa 1880-1900, and in the manner of Ferdinand Barbedienne. Overall the quality of the drapery and the crisp casting of the feet and face are high, and the patina is well toned. It is offered in good condition, commensurate with age with no major wear, albeit there are a few edge chips to the marble base. It measures 17.5cm tall. The price includes UK delivery.
