Liberty Wyburd Arts & Crafts Table circa 1890
A stunning Arts and Crafts oak occasional or side table, dating to around 1890. Unmarked but I believe designed by Leonard Wyburd for Liberty and Co as it bears many stylistic designs to other furniture he was known to have designed with its solid H form stretcher and and pierced designs to the tops of the legs. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, it has been re polished and the joints re glued. A strong and substantial piece and rather heavy, it measures 45.cm sure to the top and it stands 69.5cm high.
