M H Wilson Glasgow School Flower Fairy Sconce
A stunning Glasgow School Arts and Crafts brass wall sconce, decorated with a central rondel of a flower fairy. Although unmarked I am sure that this was made by Marion Henderson Wilson (1869-1956) around 1910-20. The candle sconce is fitted for electricity and is mounted with a switched light socket which I have fitted with a filament led bulb. A lovely object and presented in good condition, commensurate with age. Overall it measures 57cm high by a maximum of 28.5cm wide.
