Pair Art Nouveau Silver Enamel Earrings circa 1910
A wonderful and rare pair of Art Nouveau silver and enamel earrings and droppers, dating to circa 1910, and most likely manufactured in Birmingham. The suspension gives the lustrous enamel great movement and glitter, adding to their appeal. They are in good condition, commensurate with age, and they have been professionally converted to loop fasteners from their original screw fit so are much more convenient and secure to wear. Stamped sterling silver to the rear of one, they weigh 2.3gms, are 11mm in diameter and 26mm maximum drop.
