Pair of Arts & Crafts Carved Photo Frames c.1911
A lovely pair of Arts & Crafts carved hardwood photo or picture frames, one signed JWP and dated August 1911 to the reverse. Both are beautifully carved with entwined foliage and offer excellent detail. They are offered in pretty good condition, commensurate with age. One has a well repaired split to the centre of the lower section (see photo) and they both have a very slight convex curve from side to side but overall they display very well. The images are not period. They could also be suitable as small mirrors. They each measure 32.5cm high by 24.5cm wide. The price includes UK postage, please contact me if further afield.
