Pair of Goberg Arts & Crafts Candelabra
A lovely pair Goberg Arts & Crafts or Jugendstil steel two branch candelabra, dating to circa 1910, with strawberry or heart shape droppers. Manufactured by Hugo Berger at the Goberg factory in Schmalkalden, Germany, they are very much in the Medieval Revival style. Goberg was sold through Liberty & Co in London. Stamped Goberg to the base. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, one sconce is slightly lower on one, and one of the strawberry droppers has a missing section which was presumably in manufacture. They measure 27cm tall and 23cm width at the sconces. They match very well with the 4 branch candelabra I am also listing. The price includes UK postage.
