Secessionist Brass Jardiniere circa 1910
A striking Secessionist Art Nouveau brass jardiniere or planter, with its original liner, and dating to circa 1910. It is a stunning design but is unmarked and I don't know who designed it. I'm sure with further research a name will turn up. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, it has been re polished and looks stunning. There is a small kink to one of the two elongated handles, but this could be carefully straightened. It measures 30.5cm to the tops of the handles, with the body 18.5cm high, and 23cm wide, with the liner 21.5cm diameter.
