Payment terms
Shop with confidence. Our preferred method of payment is Direct Bank Transfer. We also accept Debit and Credit Cards and Paypal.
All funds will be cleared before items are shipped. If cleared funds are not received with seven days Levels Antiques retains the right to cancel all transactions. All purchases will include a full receipt.
Delivery information
We are pleased to arrange a delivery service both Nationwide and Internationally, and have contacts with a number of specialist shippers. Price of delivery depends on the size of the item, delivery location and spped of shipping. For a competitive quote please specify your required destination and contact us.
You are welcome to collect your item from us by appointment, or from one of the Antique Fairs we regularly stand at.
All smaller items will be packed free of charge and include UK postage with the quoted price. Items are securely packaged and sent by tracked delivery services. Please contact us if you live overseas for an accurate shipping cost.
All duties and import taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We will not accept the return or refund of any item owing to such duties and taxes.
Privacy policy
Contact information including name, address, email address, telephone numbers etc., which are provided by the user will be used solely for the purpose of completing the order and will be destroyed, as appropriate or kept in confidence.
Financial information is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Refunds
We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase on receipt please contact us. You have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen days of receipt, however this must be done in writing by email to levelsantiques@btinternet.com .
The item must be returned to us within fourteen days of the date you informed us you were cancelling the purchase. You should use signed for and insured postage, unless we ask you to use another delivery method, and it should be returned to the address on your receipt.
The return of the item is at your risk and therefore it must be securely packaged and insured. If the item is lost or damaged in the return transit we will be unable to refund your purchase price but you should be able to call upon your carrier's insurance. If you do not insure the item and it is lost or damaged, we will be unable to make any refund to you.
We will refund the purchase price of the item within fourteen days of the day on which we receive the item provided it is received in its original condition. We will also refund any additional delivery costs you have paid for us to send the items to you but we will not refund the cost of returning the item to us.
Regrettably we will not be able to accept a return and will not make any refund where:
You do not cancel within fourteen days of your receipt of the item;
You do not return the item within fourteen days of cancelling the purchase;
Cancellation is not done in the way set out above;
The item is not received by us;
The item is received but it is not in the condition that it was sent to you.
